Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Warehouse hours: Monday–Friday.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.
For long‑distance shipments, tracking updates may be intermittent.

P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO addresses are not supported.

Long‑Distance International

UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal

Estimated Delivery Time: 50–70 days (approximately 8–10 weeks)
