LEVARDOS provides a 12‑month (365‑day) limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that, under normal use, prevent proper assembly of the machine or affect its normal operation and performance.
Within the warranty period, if the motor develops a non‑human‑caused quality issue under normal use, LEVARDOS will provide a free replacement with a brand‑new motor.
In addition, LEVARDOS offers lifetime repair service for the machine. After the warranty period has expired, we will continue to provide repair and technical support services; however, labor costs, replacement parts, and shipping fees may apply based on the actual situation.
This warranty does not cover the following:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our trained support team will assist with troubleshooting and, when necessary, provide replacement parts or missing components. If an issue covered under this warranty cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or replacement of covered parts within the 12‑month warranty period, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement machine.
Please note that LEVARDOS does not offer extended warranty services. All warranty coverage is strictly limited to 365 days from the date of purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the item. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
This policy applies only to purchases made on www.levardos.com. If you purchased through an authorized dealer or marketplace, please follow their respective return policies.

Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Refund or replacement
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; exchanges are shipped accordingly.
Refunds (minus any applicable shipping, handling, and depreciation fees) will be processed within 2–3 business days after inspection approval.
Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
