Return & Refund
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the item. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
This policy applies only to purchases made on www.levardos.com. If you purchased through an authorized dealer or marketplace, please follow their respective return policies.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You contact us within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
- Items must be in good working condition and show only light signs of handling that do not affect our ability to resell them.
- Products must be returned with all original packaging, foam inserts, manuals, and accessories. The outer shipping carton and inner protective materials must remain in usable condition.
- You provide the order number and valid proof of purchase.
- You use a trackable shipping method for the return.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked “Final Sale”, clearance items, or gift cards.
- Products damaged or lost due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, accident, or neglect after delivery.
- Products that are heavily used, severely damaged, or missing major components and cannot be resold.
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you no longer want the product, your request will be processed as a return after shipment, and the applicable fees described in Sections 4 and 5 will apply.
4. Who Pays the Shipping Costs?
Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for return and the shipping/tax terms applicable to your region, as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4.1 Returns Due to LEVARDOS Error or Quality Issues
If the return is due to a LEVARDOS error, including but not limited to:
- Shipment of the wrong item or model,
- Major functional defects upon arrival, or
- Serious shipping damage that affects normal use,
then:
- We will offer a full refund or a free replacement,
- We will cover reasonable round‑trip shipping costs, and
- No depreciation or restocking fees will be charged.
Photo or video evidence of the issue and packaging may be required for verification and quality improvement purposes.
4.2 Returns for Customer Reasons
(Change of Mind, Wrong Model, etc.)
Customer‑reason returns include (but are not limited to):
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the product,
- Ordering the wrong model, color, or quantity,
- Refusing delivery for reasons unrelated to damage or quality,
- Orders placed by mistake that have already shipped.
(A) Regions Without Free Shipping
(Shipping Fee Charged at Checkout)
Examples include:
- United States (prices exclude tax and shipping),
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand (prices include tax; shipping charged separately).
For these regions:
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non‑refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customers may arrange their own insured, trackable return shipment, or
- Request a prepaid return label or pickup from LEVARDOS, in which case the actual carrier cost will be deducted from the refund (typically around USD $200 per unit for large arcade cabinets or monitors).
(B) Regions With Tax‑Inclusive Free Shipping
Examples include (not exhaustive):
- EU countries (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Poland),
- Other EU destinations and remote areas,
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, Japan.
Although no separate shipping fee is charged at checkout, LEVARDOS covers the outbound freight cost to the carrier.
For non‑quality returns from these regions, shipping & handling fees apply:

Exact fees vary based on address, carrier surcharges, and product type. Smaller products and accessories may incur lower fees, quoted case by case.
5. Depreciation / Restocking Fees
(Non‑Quality Returns)
For customer‑reason returns where the product has been delivered and returned:
- New & unopened (factory‑sealed): 10% restocking fee
- Opened but lightly used (resellable condition): 20% depreciation fee
- Visible wear, missing parts, or damaged packaging: Return may be refused or partially refunded at LEVARDOS’ sole discretion
These fees are in addition to outbound and return shipping costs.
6. General Return Process

Submit a request
Email support@levardos.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. -
Return authorization
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and confirm approval, return address, and applicable fees. -
Return shipment
Ship the item using a trackable, insured method. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. -
Inspection & processing
Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt. -
Refund or replacement
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; exchanges are shipped accordingly.
7. Refund Timing
Refunds (minus any applicable shipping, handling, and depreciation fees) will be processed within 2–3 business days after inspection approval.
Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
